VE Exporter Installation

There are 5 steps for you to install VE Exporter.

• Step 1: Download VE Exporter. Remember that you need to close After Effects before installing this tool.

• Step 2: Open the downloading file and double click to install the application. Then, it will allow you to choose a language. Simple Chinese and English are supported at present.

• Step 3: Click Next, and then choose the path. Windows: C:/Program Files/Adobe/After Effects CC 2018/Support Files. Mac: You need to copy VE_Expoter.plugin file and paste it to Plug-ins file in your PC.

• Step 4: Install.

• Step 5: Open After Effects, click Window. If there is the VE Exporter under Window, it means you can create your great works with the tool.

Tips:

When install VE Exporter, some points need to be noted in your mind.

1. Close After Effects

• You need to close After Effects before installation.

2. Install

When asked to choose install path, be sure of that:

• for Windows system: selecting the "Support Files" folder of your After Effects version. For example, if you have After Effects CC 2019 installed, by default, you should set the install path as follows: C:/Program Files/Adobe/After Effects CC 2019/Support Files.

• for macOS, all you need to do is copy Creator.plugin file to your After Effects plugin folder. For example, if you have After Effects CC 2019 installed, by default, you should copy Creator.plugin to /Applications/After Effects CC 2019/Plug-ins folder.

3. Do not change the name of VE Exporter

Make sure you don't change the name of VE Exporter, otherwise, the plugin will not be recognized by After Effects, and it will fail to invoke successfully.
